Please…never use this.

The new 3 minute legs. Maybe it’s just me, but this seems to be the laziest piece of equipment I have ever seen. I will push over anyone I see using this.

The world needs a wake up call. We are getting fatter and lazier. Our children are no longer taught the benefits of working hard. Physical Education in middle and high school is no longer physical. PE Teachers are no longer able to challenge students without the fear of being reprimanded or fired.

That’s just the gist of it. The author uses much more colorful language, however. I borrowed it from our friends over at Crossfit Football. The author of the article focuses on the United States, but be sure to read the comments section and you will realize that this is a worldwide phenomenon.

Some may find this article to be offensive. But in my opinion, if you find yourself offended, stop reading, look in the mirror and realize you are part of the problem.

Happy New Year!!! We hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday.

With every new year comes the new opportunity to lead a healthier and happier life. With that said, there is no better way to take your first steps towards this goal than to adopt a regular fitness program.

Studies have shown that individuals who take part in some form of physical activity are better able to handle stress and avoid stress related illnesses. This will result in higher degrees of concentration and productivity. Regular exercise has a positive effect on an individual’s morale by improving self esteem and personal image. This all leads to an improved quality of life in and out of work.

ASE is here to help you reach your goals. For the new year, we are offering everyone a free week of training. Bring your friends for a group session or just yourself if you prefer individual, more personalized sessions.
